Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. The Prize Draw is open to all persons obtaining a valid quote*, purchasing a policy or renewing a policy with www.ebikeinsurance.co.uk
2. To take part, you must be resident in the UK and be over 18 years of age. Employees of eGroup Limited, their relatives and their agents are not eligible to enter. Overseas entries will not be considered.
3. The prize bike is indicated on the web site, eGroup retain the right to vary the bike slightly from that shown, this may happen in instances where, for example, the manufacturer changes / updates the model through the duration of the prize draw.
4. Customers may obtain more than one quote on www.ebikeinsurance.co.uk during the prize draw period, however only one entry per household will be eligible for the draw.
5. The Prize Draw winner will be selected at random at a draw to take place at the eGroup offices on 3rd August 2007. The winner will be notified by telephone. The draw result will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The winner will have the option, prior to delivery of the bike to have manufacturer optional extras fitted. Any extras will be at the expense of the winner, eGroup will not meet the costs of these extras. The bike will be supplied in a standard colour and cannot be specified by the winner. The winner must pay for the extras they have chosen prior to delivery of the bike.
7. All on the road cost’s for the bike will be covered including road tax however insurance will be at the expense of the winner.
8. Delivery dates for the bike will be as set by the dealer chosen by eBike (which may not necessarily be local to the winner). The bike will not be ordered until such time that the Winner has selected any optional extras (see rule 6).
9. No cash alternatives will be available. Full details of how to claim the prize will be provided to the winner and the prize cannot be transferred, refunded, exchanged or amended.
10. No purchase is necessary to take part in the draw.
11. The prize draw will close at midnight on 31st July 2007.
12. In entering the prize draw all participants will have deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions.
13. The winners names and home county will be made available to those people who send a S.A.E. to eBike prize draw, eGroup, MMT Centre, Severn Bridge, Aust, Bristol BS35 4BL. After 31st July 2007.

* A valid quote is defined as a quote obtained on www.ebikeinsurance.co.uk  using correct contact details, name, address, postcode and telephone number. Where a quote is obtained using incorrect contact details the entry will be invalid. In the event that the first name drawn has supplied an unobtainable telephone number, the draw will be invalid and another draw made.
