Standard Bike Policy

The eBike Standard Product is an annual policy that offers outstanding cover and flexibility.

Pay as You Go Policy

Pay As You Go provides cover on a monthly basis for a monthly premium - purchase cover when you need it and switch it off when it is not required.

A renewal notice will be sent shortly before the expiry of the policy. If you would like the policy to continue for another month, we will renew it automatically and collect the monthly premium. You can cancel online anytime before the expiry of the policy.

Classic Bike Policy

The eBike Classic Policy is for the serious classic enthusiast.

Ride a Mate's Bike, Fully Comprehensive

eBike Insurance are offering you the opportunity to ride your friends' bike(s) on comprehensive cover by allowing you to add their bike(s) to your policy for a temporary period.

All you need to do is log on to the website, click on the change your policy toolbar and select "Temporary Additional Motorcycle", input the details of the motorcycle(s) and the time period(s) you need the cover for and following payment you will be covered to ride your friends' bikes!

Lifetime Guaranteed Maximum Bonus

If you have earned your right to maximum No Claims Discount* (NCD) you can now keep it for life! eBike Insurance will not reduce your NCD following any number of claims.

This outstanding policy benefit is available on the eBike Insurance Standard or Pay As You Go products and can be enjoyed by all proposers who have 5 or more years NCD.

Once you earn 5 years NCD with eBike your NCD will be guaranteed for life!

*Only No Claims Bonus earned within the European Union is acceptable

Rapid NCD Accelerator

The eBike Insurance Rapid Bonus Accelerator allows you to earn 1 years NCD for 8 months' claim-free cover.

The Rapid Bonus Accelerator is available only on the Pay As You Go product and means that you can earn 5 years NCD in just 40 claim-free months! Once you reach 5 years of course your NCD will be guaranteed.

365 Day European Use

All eBike Insurance policies provide cover within the Territorial Limits of the policy throughout the policy year. This extension is provided for the purpose of travel only. Your permanent home must be in Great Britain, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man and must also be your predominant residence.

The cover provided within the Territorial Limits is the same level of cover you have in the UK.

Breakdown recovery included

All eBike Insurance comprehensive policies come with breakdown recovery, including homestart included in the price.

This covers you and any passenger or rider, who is on the insured vehicle at the time of the breakdown, anywhere in the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands.

You will be provided with a high level of cover, including:

• Roadside repairs
• Home breakdown
• Vehicle recovery
• Getting you to your destination

This policy is underwritten by DAS Legal Expenses Insurance Company Limited, who only use accredited operators who have been vetted for their professionalism and compliance with quality standards.

European breakdown assistance

European Breakdown Assistance extends the eBike Breakdown Assistance policy to a range of other European countries.

This is available as an extension to your policy for £49.99 and is also underwritten by DAS Legal Expenses Insurance Company Limited.

This extension is only available on Standard polices with comprehensive cover and the bike needs to be less than 10 years old.

This extension is not available on Pay As You Go or Classic Bike Policies.

Helmet and Leathers

Helmet and Leathers cover is available as an extension to your annual comprehensive policy for £34.99.

You can cover your helmet and leathers against accidental damage. Any damage caused to your helmet and leathers must be as a result of motorcycle accident and a valid claim under Section 1 of the policy.

Payment will be based on the market value of the items but not exceeding £850. The claim level shown is prior to deduction of the applicable policy excess. We may make a deduction off the amount for wear and tear when we settle the claim.

The Helmet and Leathers Insurance will expire at on the same date and time as your eBike motorcycle policy and it is subject to an endorsement, exceptions and conditions.

There is a £100 excess on any claim made. The Helmet and Leathers premium is non-refundable.

Legal Expenses

All eBike Insurance policies come with legal cover included in the price.

This covers you for any legal expenses (up to £100,000) you incur as the result of a non-fault accident in the insured vehicle.

This includes:

• Uninsured losses (such as damage to personal property in the vehicle)
• Claiming compensation for personal injuries
• Hiring a replacement vehicle
• Vehicle repairs (if you don't have comprehensive cover).

This policy is underwritten by IGI Ltd and the service is provided by Angel Assistance Ltd.

Save up to £20 on Michelin bike tyres at particpating National Tyres branches when you take out an eBike policy:

• £10 off when purchasing one tyre.
